And yes gas tank is thick , paid bdozer 75 bucks for it , he said it was custom made . I had to cut and move a crossmember to make it fit , maybe why you bent the rails . Oh well , shore it up .

lower woodpecker, towards the end, greg said it was the hard spot.
 
Well, after the second outing a couple weeks ago, the locker staring making some BAD noises, almost not safe to drive home, so I puled the cover and the locker is broke. :doah:

It looks like the side gears have rounded the teeth over. You should be able to swap the side gears to the other side and get a some more time out of it.

If you look where the pins and springs go, they are broken, not the pins, the locker part.

Doh:doah:. I missed that in the first upclose pic. JB weld and duct tape and you will be good to go:D.

What is the front axle? I have a set of spiders and side gears for a 60 if need be.

thanks, but that pic is the 12 bolt rear, and 10 bolt front. I got mini spools coming for both, just need to stock up on the shafts...
 
yea, I know, :doah:, But I have a light foot, and some very small 35's on it, they actually only measure about 33". so Hopefully, i'll be ok...:o

Ya AZ guys always seem to get 1/2 ton stuff to last. Me on the other hand my throttle is like a switch on or off. There is no inbetween:D.

Been busy. Got crossover with high steer done, in the process of 56" in the front so the steering clears. put spools in the front and rear, and have this on the way -> CAGE
 
you know I do have a narrowed and capped hood....:thinking: even comes with a pirate crossbones... for plundering all that 4x4 booty...
