It's not that bad. Turn the PS pump up. Eventually you will go cross over anyway. MAWAnd seriously, is it that big of a deal? I can put the lunchbox in in a day. If I regear later, I'm out what, a few quarts of gear oil?

That sounds good to me. Unless being locked in front is a major PITA, but I'm sure its not that bad.

Moab As Well?

I knew you would come around!Moab As Well?
Is that good? hahahaha. All I know is, even now with way too tall gears, when I'm in low gear, and low range, it's seriously low.

egads. Chart says 4:88 with 35's is 3 grand at 65. No way I'm doing that.
IDK. I'm building my first offroad rig, and I'm building it quite slowly. So I'm not one to ask real-life questions about crawl ratios, it's all theory to me. At this point in my short life I haven't met any terrain worth going over at super slow speed. We'll see how my upcoming excursions change that perception.![]()
When it goes into OD, all is well. Sounds cool when it down shifts at 65mph up hill. Bbbbbrrrraaaappppppp

Moab in 2 weeks will change that perception. Crawling in a pre runner. FTW

Ask him for "the Bonus" ride...Hoping so.![]()

Somebody will have to tell me what that is.

Going to be building and slinging the High Pinion axle inThat's the plan. Counting days until liftoff.
