But seriously, I took my '90 Jimmy to BB14, and we did flat iron mesa and top of the world with 33's , no lift, just trimmed rear bumper and a rear gov-loc.
Every once in a while there may be a place that you could get brush marks 9 the paint though. Mostly, that can be avoided.
I kid. All of the dents that I donated to that unit were Colorado in origin. Thanks brotha. I'm not worried about paint scrapes and such. Even minor ruffling around the edges, lol. I'd like to avoid major cave ins.
If I can run a crew cab in Moab for 3 years without a dent, you can safely figure you'll be fine. Golden Spike and Pritchett are the only 2 trails on the list this year that I can see presenting much opportunity for body damage and even those trails aren't a sure bet for it. Plus when everyone sees a "pretty" truck on the trail they all jump in to help keep it that way; we can all appreciate the pride in a nice looking truck.I know. Blazer Bash has me a little scared. hahaha
You're welcome. There are many trails that you can run, with your lift and tires, with no body damage. Just make sure that your bumpers, and rocker sliders are strong enough to stay out of the body with lot's of weight on them. Most of the time, damage to your fenders can be caused by tire rub at flex, and turning. Just try it out with a buddy watching the tires as they work. Urbin Curbin!! Fork lifts are a great way to check for rub, at full flex. Tire size can be made up for in great working suspension, steering, and wheel placement. Believe it or not this flex, is with stock springs..........
