POLL - Who are the Hardcore wheelers on this site?

I live just north of you outside of Quincy IL. Got an 87 K5, 3/4 ton, pretty much on the sidelines for now. It gets pretty good around here any time there's mud, and some friends of mine have a 27 acre camp with some straight up hills and of course mud when it rains. Got too many irons in the fire too spend on my Blazer like I'd like to right now, but hopefully it won't be too long, so keep me in mind. What part of the St Louis area are you from?

I am in El Paso also, when my truck is running (key words "is running") every chance I get I try to wheel. i like to do everything, but I'm building my truck to conquer the Las Cruses trails, and after that i want to head up to Moad, and the Rubicon (i dont care if I don't fit, i still want to try) the 4wheeling bug has been in my blood since I was born in my dads 73 K5.

You know who I am

Parker CO here. Did Blanca, Spring Creek, Left Hand in CO. In Moab: Hells Revenge, Golden Spike, Metal Masher, Behind the Rocks, Lower Helldorado, Poison Spider, and Pritchett Canyon. These are all considered difficult trails, and as time goes I like them harder and harder. Next year will have 38's and 1 ton gear and then anything will go. I think Farmington is next on my wish list. I consider myself semi-hardcore headed quickly to hardcore.
PS: If it breaks it should have been stronger to begin with.

I thought I was wrong once,
but I was mistaken

Lynnwood, Wa. Did most of my wheelin' in the Sultan, Wa area. Now most of the wheelin' I do is on one wheel (FZR1000.) My K5 sits in front of my house patiently waiting for a Doubler. SShould be able to get it done by Christmas and do some wheelin' in the snow!

I live in northern Utah. My wheelin' is done to get me to the fishing holes and hunting areas. We're out most every weekend and 2 or 3 weeks straight during the hunting seasons. Where do we go? Every where. Mountain 2 tracks in Utah and Wyoming. West desert country of Utah all the way to the Nevada border. Idaho back country and this year maybe even eastern Washington for chukars. The K5 has seen it all and made it through. The goal most of the time is getting back so I dirve a little more conservative than most. I go anywhere, just not as fast. Can't go huntin' or fishin' if the ride is being fixed.

Central Kansas, small town named Ellsworth. Town is right off I-70, eight miles south.

I haven't been out for some time now. Been pretty busy with our baby daughter.

I dont know If I am "Hardcore" My rig is not lifted, And I can usually find a way around bad spots rather than through them. My idea of a great wheeling trip is coming back WITHOUT broken parts or new dents.
I live and wheel mostly in northern Nevada. Elko county where I live is bigger than some states. It is only crossed by 2 paved highways. Most of the roads are dirt. Even some state routes are dirt roads. I can go to the end of the block and drive for hundreds of miles on the dirt so having a 4x4 is a basic need for life around here.
I use my blazer all the time in the mud, snow, dirt and sand.
I love to hunt and fish and get offroad for the sheer joy of it all.

To see the country I wheel in,Check out the Pics in the link to the gallery below:

I heard it was, but you have to do something with that "lever thingie" on the floor. At least that's what my friend said.

I live in Virginia beach Va, I wheel about three times a month at local trails that are usually off limits but they don't say a whole lot (not yet). I beleive in tread lightly and always try to be nice to the environment. But I do get alittle crazy out there and have broke quit a few things and if I didn't break something every once in a while then what would be the point of going out. I don't care if it gets scratched that's why I baught it.
