Poorboy's 91 Build... B52's 56's FUSH, SYE

good to hear!! did you get the case back in the truck? What did you do for a shaft?

The case is back in the truck. I went with a flange on my case to open up my driveshaft options. I am running a 1350 CV shaft with 5" slip travel. We just got back from a run in the mountains and everything did well.

Let me know if you end up on my side of the mountains when your rig is running, we can meet up to do some wheeling if it works out.

I think my craftsman compressor is getting ready to give up the ghost.

mine has been good to me, but.... If yours lets go, its the best bad thing to ever happen to you. You'll appreciate a quieter one much more!

Having a front output flange milled down a little to run it on the back of my case. Going to re-tube a 1350cv from a super duty and try my luck with that. The bolt holes on the front flange match up with the SD shaft. sooo hopefully.. :deal:

What...could this winter actually be the one where we all get our rigs out and drive them more than .018 mile....

Bryan are you down...

Poorboys will be done soon.

Mine is in the way so I have no choice. I can't wait to get out to the hill

I always have the blue 91 K5 I took the BB12. It always runs but it's not allowed any body damage b:pimp:

Clocking ring installed and ready to put back on Trans... But that'll come later once I figure out which flippin' motor I'm gonna use... So that I can hook the Trans to something, so that I can hook the T-case to something!

On the note of progress though, I'm only lacking a cam and oil pan reinforcement rails (misplaced those somewhere along the 12000 times the engine had been moved..) for the big block. painted it all Purdy like too...

The small block option just needs assembled. Decisions decisions....

Well I do have a aluminum intake for the bbc... Does that count? :doah:
And I could stop by and grab that big block for my flat bottom I am going to rebuild.
Oooooh it's nothing special... Where are you doing this?? I thought you weren't tied to anything that couldn't go with you!?
