Hi everyone I’ve lurked on the forum for a while but just upgraded. I’m buying Slades 90 K5 as a replacement for my plow truck so is time my current 89 K5 moves on. It’s rusted/ rotted but is 100% complete with 74,000 original miles. I can’t figure out if I want to sell it whole or deal with parting it out so I’m checking to see if there is any interest. Let me know if you have any questions or if you want pictures of anything in particular.

How's the inside look?

But tangent question, how's that repop 91 grille overall? Like it?

The inside is perfect just beside dirty carpet and 1 burn hole in the driver seat. No dash cracks. The grill is oem original and is perfect, it’s been behind a plow for the last 12 years.

I'm interested in the grille and dash pad. Maybe the door panels if they are manual.

Power windows and locks
I’ll get pictures of the grill tomorrow you can see the top right corner in this picture

Power tailgate works and is actually the fastest going up and down out of all my trucks. I had to bypass the safety switch a few years ago but I haven’t been inside it in awhile so I’m not sure what the torque rod brackets look like. Do I need to open the access panel to check or can I check them just opening the tailgate?

I’ll take the mirrors and if for whatever reason you can’t make a deal on the grille with Obijuan I’d like that too.

And the gauge bezel too!

tell me that plow setup is NOT going on the new clean blazer ?
Unfortunately... yes the 90 is going to be my next plow truck so the western mount is going on in a few weeks. I hate to kill these square bodies but for me the K5’s are the ultimate plow truck. When I first got it about 11 years ago this red 89 was as clean if not cleaner than the new 90... and it was all original. Those are legit 74,000 miles everything except the trans and driveshaft and wheels are stock. And I guess the wing and visor are aftermarket too.

They are located next to the hinges. Lower the tailgate and they'll be at the bottom. They hold the torque rods in place.
