Pricing added! In boarding shock kit

Are you putting it on your blazer? I would like to know if it will clear the gas tank, it looks like it should as compared to the bumpstop holes but I want to be sure before I order it.
 
No, it will be going on my 1 Ton K10. I will be sure to measure distances though so you blazer owners will know for sure.
When Ira gets back in town I can compare my truck to his Blazer just to double check.
 
kert, any chance you have played around with the bolt on setup for mounting to the axle , hate to be a p.i.t.a. but the inboarding kit looks like it could solve some problems on my truck

Actually I won't be doing anything new for a bit here. Got some things to make right first!
 
Ok I feel stupid. It looks cool but what will be the difference on having a setup like this? I know Kert only makes things that work so I just need some info.

Basically this kit allows you to use longer shocks. If you have a nice flexy suspension, more than likely you'll run out of shock travel at some point and then you'll need longer shocks and a place to mount them.

Got mine in today and will be putting it on my 84 :k5: :D

I'm so glad I stumbled into this forum today, I just got a welder and was drawing up plans to make my own thing like that. Wow, you saved me a lot of time! I will also have to talk to the wife.

Kert, I do not have access to edit the main HTML pages of my website right now, so I can't put onything on there yet.
The forum is open for all to read though.
It will get a little more refined as I have the time to edit it, I just wanted to get something up as I have seen quite a few questions about it in the last few days.

No problem, I will work on improving it when I get the shocks. I think I will order the BBCS 15" shocks from Poly Performance.

Then I need to talk the wife into 56's for the rear. Anyone know whet size 56 = how much lift. I have a 2.5" flip and would like to stay around 6-7 inches of lift.
