Project 82 TCBF -10.13.9 - progress!!!

Is the fuel line to carb as close to header as it looks ?
It`s about 2" away from the header tube. Is that enough, or still too close? I think I can make it further away by adjusting the AN fitting at the pump.

found my battery box...should work....

well, since my work decided to close this holiday (unpaid no less) I now have a solid day to work on the rig. Not too bad weather wise, looking to be about 50 and sunny, so should be good. As soon as I finish my coffee, I`m out!

Just coming in for a dinner break. Didn`t get out till almost noon time, and have run to the store twice for stuff, but I`m making some progress. Need to drill one of the holes in the waterpump out to accept the bolt for the bracket, so now I`m waiting for my stinkin drill battery to finish charging. And it`s getting dark (fockin winter!). But, I bought a flood light, so I`m staying out till its too late to make noise! :D

Ben I do my best work at night. :D

It`s too dark, and the spot light isn`t enough for me, so I quit for the night. Since I`m off the night at work, I`ll just get to bed early, and that means I can get out there as soon as it starts getting light out there (about 7am).
Came accross a little problem with the pump brackets, so I`ll come up with a solution for that in the AM, I`m pretty sure its just a matter of adding more washers to one or both sides of the brackets on the waterpump.

just wanted to say i thought about your build this weekend, i was out doing some work on my 86 in the garage, bitchin to myself about my garage being to small and then for some reason your build popped into my head. you get :waytogo::waytogo::waytogo::waytogo: :bow:for doing it in the driveway, needless to say after thinking about what you have accomplished with your rig, i rearranged some things and got back to work with a different perspective on things. truck is looking great, keep up the awsome work and i look forward to the - "got to drive my truck" post i know i will reading soon!:bow:
