I hope to have the 205 twin sticked before this weekend, then put the tranny and all in. I stopped to asked about those steering parts I told you about, but I have to stop back tomorrow to see if they have them. I'll keep that as a suprise for this thread though.:D

It's rainning today, so not much got done. I finished installing the brake and clutch pedals, replaced all the fuses, and got the headlights working. Kind of lame I know.:( But I'm wet and tired.

So which is it? Does rain make you work harder or dampen your spirits?

:D :haha:
Well today I had a real bad day at work, well the past three days. I almost put in my two weeks with no were to go yet. So that kind of played on it today. I hate working in the rain, but I still have to get my goals done for the day. Today the goals were low.:(

that truck looks just like what I got my running gear out of. Go figure

Sorry to hear about that. I'm sure things will get better. I don't know about NE PA, but NE OH is supposed to have warm sunny weather this weekend. You can bet my bitch will be topless...I mean, my Blazer will be topless...Hell I might even be topless...Ok I'm done now. :D

Today was another crappy day at work, So I started on the blazer as soon as I got home. I removed the shift rails out of the 205, and swapped them with a set I already had ground for the twin stick. I think it took longer than it should have.

Then I put the tranny/t-case in with nothing but myself, some wood blocks/firewood, and a wal-mart jack. I'm either stupid for doing it that way, or smart for finding a way to get it done. I got the tranny under the truck, blocked it up to the hight it needed to be(motor was on a angle down), and rolled the truck back into it. I just need to bolt the cross member to the frame, and hook up the cluch and it's done. I said I wanted the tranny/t-case in by this weekend, so now I'm content.

After all that I had to pull the Golfcart out of the woods, so I didn't get in till 9:00!

You gotta do, what you gotta do. I'm tired now, till tomorrow.

you are making great progress.

I expect to be drinking and walking around looking for lift springs with you in 24 hours.

At the rate your going, your going to have it done in no time.
I hope, next is to remove the tank, bumpers, axels, and springs. Finally, torch time again!:D

Well today I didn't plan on working on her, but I needed something to take my mind off things. I put two bolts in the crossmember, I need to recharge my batt. to drill the last two holes. I hooked up the clutch linkage, removed the dash pad, and removed the cluster. Not much done, but it was something.

Now the bad news. Money is going to be tight, so manly anything I can just do, or make will get done. So I don't think I will have it done for next month. The steering and the tires will hold me up. I might be leaving my job soon, so the metal, tools, and etc. may no longer be there for me. Things might change, but not looking that way.:(
