I have a local metal shop just down the road do it. Its a small "Mom n Pops" style outfit but they have been around for years. They do all the odd metal work I cant do.

Passenger side swingout will get a 11lb propane tank, 2 NATO Jerry cans and a 20lb CO2 tank.

I will make another pass. side swing out arm that will have a second spare tire, the propane tank and the C02 tank.

The front ones are available. This is the first of the rear ones. If I get enough interest on the rears I will figure something out. The problem right now is the logistics in shipping because they are so long.

Front bumpers are here.
PM me for cut files

Just split the main tube in half. It can be braced a little with a piece of angle iron sized to fill the gap between the bumper and the rear of the truck.

Well, between that and the lower plate you added, it should locate and brace well enough for having the main tube cut in half and welded back during the build. Looks like you might need to be stocking some rear bumper kits also. I'd offer it with the swing out holes cut but let the end user source them. A couple of plastic caps to fill the holes if not used or not ready for the swing outs yet.

Cutting the bumper up and then welding back together adds time (cost) the 3" wide 1/8' flat stock is purely cosmetic to cover the gap. The spindle hole is plasma cut to it would not look the best plus there are different size spindles so the hole may or may not work.

I am looking at offering them assembled with the options below.

D-rings (standard)
receiver hitch (not designed for towing)
recessed 7 pin trailer plug
Backup lights
Single swing out spindle (buyers choice which side)
dual swing spindles.
MAYBE swing outs in a basic form assembled

To be honest the rear bumper is probably a couple of months out. I still need to finish this one and see how it goes. Like other builds it will probably get some revisions.

If you do want the front bumper, when you are at the checkout cart type in "CK53OFF" in the coupon box and get 3% off for being a member on CK5.

Confounded contraption!

At this moment no. However we are avoiding any major events involving a lot of driving as we are saving for a Minnesota Canada trip in the fall and taking the severe scenic route to get there.

Awesome build man love the workmanship, why no lift though? I would think at least a 2-4 would help the ride some and increase your approach angles?

Lift is happening in the next couple of months. everything else is more affordable plus the minute the lift went in it will no longer fit in the shop. lift is a domino effect for me. springs, axles, gears then wheels which means tires.

I am for around 3" of lift.
