glad you're getting it figured out. What a pain.
Yeah that definitely sounds easier than what I was doing!I was just assuming that the things customized in the PCM are fewer than the number of settings specific to the engine. So you could do a compare with a stock 5.3 file and note the changes that were made. Then you lift the 6.2 engine "segment" from a 6.2 file and everything specific from that engine is copied in. This all requires that the tune in there and the tune you're copying from are the same OS. The end result is the same unless there are some settings that didn't get copied over.

So glad that worked. I’m sure there’s a lot to be adjusted on the Maf scaling with your intake setup. Hopefully your dyno guy can do that for you. It means the world in these virtual torque enginesLoaded the combination of Eddies last edit and mine. So much better. All of the exhaust backfire is gone. Running at 207* per the new thermostat and hose reroute. I had enough confidence in how well it is running to do a 50% throttle pull to 50MPH. Our roads here are 40-45 speed limit. Pulled so much better. There is still a lot more to go. But very drivable. Did not throw any codes in 10 miles.
Still running lean. 15:1+- on the remote gauge.
Well, your life would have been a whole lot easier if everything you got wasn’t wrong! The MAF sensor location and inlet type was about asked by him.
No sleep for me for 12 days.
Correct.Well, your life would have been a whole lot easier if everything you got wasn’t wrong!

I have that same issue, it’s hard to explain.Because, I could not tolerate your background noise. I could not think. You know I have problems driving and talking as it is. Somebody on an overhead head speaker in the background really screws with my brain.
Only a few close friends have noticed how I shut down if multiple conversations are going on around me. I can not track any of them.
