I got some much needed equipment this year that got me bigger jobs . . Also equipment for next years work truck upgrades and make life better . So ya cash flow little low but we know the line we walk as self employed till we get in for a few years and get better at the game .

Just installed a Dakota Digitals STA-1000 OBD-II interface. I now have ECU fed speedometer and tachometer. I had installed a GPS receiver for the speedo. With the tree cover here, it was hit and miss if it worked. The tach was not running the same as the scanner at idle. I moved the ground for the tach to the steering column bracket, from the gauge housing. It is now accurate. The tach ground is separate from the rest of the gauge functions.

C10 Nationals got side tracked due to the boss. I ended up working a bunch of generator service in the tri-state area Thursday evening. Was too tired by the time I got back to drive for 3 hours the next morning. Worked in the shop Friday and did 2 local shows Saturday. Next year.
Yeah i bet the Genset services where very needed this week. Much more important use of your time

Had to drive The Tail of the Dragon both directions due to closures to the east. In my truck with a 20 foot trailer. Did not pull over on the way down. Pulled over 3 times to let people by on the way back. Saw 2 different bikes down. The leaves are covering the road and are wet.
I turned off at NC 28 to go east. My arms are tired.
