Kert, since the 75 is a full top truck will you be making the cage slightly taller? Or do you plan for the front section to be the same as half top K5's?

Front section will still be the same. We're really close to the roof as it is. I don't think we can go up much if any at all and the real catch is, as we go up we'd also have to go in which puts it to close to your head.

stoked to see this. My Abomb should be here this week. Got my diff covers and rear shock in boarding kit from DIY. Looking forward to seeing more info on the cage!

I will get some pics as soon as I start putting it in! :)

Nope, hasn't gotten here yet! But I really can't wait!! Haha.

Kit showed up today! Installation will follow in the weeks to come!

Kert- I'm going to presume the large tabs in the bag are for attaching the main hoop to the box side, similar to how the factory bar did? And is there any thing I need to know that might be different then three other kits?

P.s. I'm exceptionaly happy with the quality! Can't wait to get to working on it!

Does this cover the rear seat also? I'm trying to assemble those pieces in my head but I can't place everything.

Yes, well kinda, I asked him to make me a second main hoop, and am going to make a custom "family" cage with an idea in my head, we'll see how well it works. so the extra pieces are for the rear main hoop.

The large ones in the bag are for attaching the b-pillar tube to the b-pillar of the truck via the factor shoulder harness bolt hole.

The two that are far left in your picture are for the a pillar floor connection and the other 4 are for the b pillar floor connection.

OK, sweet, that's what I thought! And as far as welding the 3 pieces of the hoops together, should they be tacked in the truck or on the floor and then put in the truck?

Oh ok, that makes sense. I couldn't find the rear halo pieces in the pic and it was driving me crazy trying to figure it out. LOL
