I had to come in and get some fresh air.

Went out drinking last night and got the stripper in a can... :doah:

you can also scrape the panels thoroughly than wipe em down with thinner if water and splatter are to be avoided...

I just do the hose cuz, it's cheaper, easier, it's hooked up to my hot water heater, I have a big compressor to blow em off with right away... and they will be DA'd with 80 and blasted in short order anyway...

this is how bored I was this afternoon... :haha: put my antenna back in the rig, than said, hey it's got a tapedeck, i have tapes! so i spent an hr digging all kinds of tapes out of the attic... of course 1/2 of em don't play and are all slow, but some sound ok... retro mang.... :saweet:

eventually i need to put a new head unit in.. something i can hook my laptop into... i'll do all that next summer...

Now you are talkin' my language...King's X the best band that never made it big...a musicians band mostly...I used to know the lighting director for them...my roomy at the time was the bass technician too...went down to Panama City to see them at Breakers in 1994...
Gretchen Goes to Nebraska is one of my favorite albums..always liked Summerland...and Over My Head...
There solo albums pretty much suck...but man they were great together...

yup, been a HUGE fan since the first album.. seen them MANY times...

best 3-piece ever imo.. black sabbath meets the beatles... insanely talented, all 3 of em... one of the few highlights of the 80's..

I had just read about the drummer Gerry Gaskill having a heart attack.. yup, getting old sucks..

Kings X was kinda cool because it was like a little secret.. ya felt bad for em cuz they wheren't getting rich and thought the world was retarded for not embracing such an incredible talent.. but oh well, got a ton of good tunes from em... that's the way I looked at other bands too... Badlands, at least I got a couple great albums from em...
