heh, I be discussing the virtues of Ren & Stempy the other day.. :waytogo: :haha:

Now you can test the sequencer and all of the lights before installing them. ;)

nah, didn't buy the sequencer yet..... :haha: not sure when I'll get that.. could be a couple weeks, could be a month.. not sure where that falls in the financial scale....

and fug that, my goal is to be jigsawing holes out this weekend and mountin thems suckas... :pimp: :saweet:

a rewire like that is no big deal obviously...

going down bourbon in hand to finish off that inner panel now.. than get to fitting that ds panel some...

tomorrow night I'll work on fitting the panel, than building new latch handles... can't run the old backwards ones with the inner panel...

unfortunately 1/2 a day sunday is yard work, but I'm spending all available time I can muster on this... :eek1:

as long as one finds it funnay, win.. ;)

I'm stoked on the lights... I think it's gonna look pretty motha friken perfect...

next priority needs to be alum welding capability.. minimum setup for that is about $400... hopefully I can sneak that in the next paycheck, but insurance and rent are due, we'll see... I also have new suit/wedding gift/expenses in the next couple months...

every project at this point is so vital to how cool this ends up being, are coming up weekly now...

taillights now, but welding alum for side door hinges and the doghouse add a whole other level of brain/energy running at eleventy coming up shortly..

man... fishing for northern's on the lakes in sept after this year's project list.... is gonna be amazing... :pimp:

:haha:

eh, I had $300 sitting in the bank that I was kinda holding in reserve, $80 ain't gonna kill it... do it once and all that...

honestly..... if I can somehow manage to have the taillight panels done by next weekend... sequencer for pimp effect? I'll be ecstatic.

the front 2 corners, I'm very laid back about.. they are by far the most unnoticeable of the areas...

and even the side door's... if the taillight panels are done, the rest is all pretty self-explanatory... and.. I can... calm the flock down...

tubegate is ready for final latches...

Buying it now was probably the right idea. It doesn't really make sense to wire it up and install it without the sequencer, and then turn around and rewire it.

also started looking around at adjustable LED flashers... I want the adjustable to have full control of the sequencer...

prob is most of them are squares, whereas Mutt takes the little round 2 prong down in the corner.. but they aren't as easy to find... like $40 new... here's a NOS one for $30 http://www.ebay.com/itm/2-pin-flash...ors-/251860430435?hash=item3aa40d2e63&vxp=mtr

Could you remove the pins from the back of the fuse block for the flasher and just remote mount a square one next to the block without it looking too hokey?

that's a damn good idea..... :waytogo: actually I should price the square ones to see if they are cheaper first of all.. they may be just as expensive.. just really not in the mood to split that box... ;) i'll take a closer look this weekend...

thanks... :D
