I have the 2wd box already. And I've found some $300 kits on eBay. . But I'd have to sell some stuff still to get it.
It'll be fine till then for what I'll be doing with it.

Well I ordered a cheap $115 Spectra 2 row radiator. I figured it gets me drivable till I can afford a good one. And going into winter I'm sure overheating won't be a problem lol.
The next few nights at work I'm going to make a new, or rebend the old, rear shock mount for the passenger side. Then hopefully get it welded on later this week.
Then it gets insured and trial driven for a while.
Still gotta throw the front driveshaft in too.

I got the new radiator in.. and I gotta say, it suprised me.
I'm not a fan of the plastic tank crap. But the cooling section of this is impressive for such a cheap radiator.
That 2.5" wide center has only 2 rows of tubes. But they are each about 1.25" wide, and 1/8" tall. I have no doubt that it'll cool the truck even in summer heat.
It took very little modification to my current mount/shroud setup to install.
I had to replace the thick rubber feet the factory one sits on with 1/4" thick rubber I cut off of a bed floor mat. Same with the top mounts. And then I added 2- 1" long tabs to my shroud mount to extend them a little.
That was it.
Now all I have to do is weld on my rear pass side shock mount and install the rear shocks.
Hopefully it'll be insured to drive and taking me to work by the end of the week.
I didn't get a finished pic because my oldest son showed up and I spaced it off.

Looks like the one that came in my crew cab. Guy who had it before had just left all the rubbers out and it was just a little loose in the mounts. I put some thin rubber in there just so it wasn't metal on metal. It cools just fine all the time I've been using it. The shroud bolts in just like factory on mine though.
I have a plastic tank one in my crew also. Not a big fan of it but it cools fine. It was one of those deals where I needed the truck Monday so whatever radiator I could get on a Sunday was the one going in. Fits just fine, it was the one listed for my truck.
This one was listed for the truck through summit for $145. Listed as the HD cooling option. Then I just looked up the model number on Amazon and found it for $114 and free 2 day shipping.
Only thing I'm worried about is the tank to core seal durability. With all the bouncing, jarring, vibration, etc.

Mine has lasted about 5 years so far, lots of mountain driving too.
Pics of how it turned out.... I should have cleaned the shroud before I mounted it all... But oh well lol. It'll get muddy anyway.

Swap the springs left to right as yellowK20 suggested before you worry too much. Its probably the bastard pack you built that is causing the issue. You just had it all apart, shouldn't run into rust and stuck bolts. If you really think the fronts are good just swap the rears and see what happens.
x3 on the swap packs . and yes x2 on them mutt packs you built up . seen this first hand a few times over the years .
i did a square body and had all new 4 springs front tuff country and rear aftermarket stock replacement and still needed to shim the 1 side with a spacer plate / like a zero rate . this was even after i swapped side to side . this combo was the best min height change .

Can't swap the rears without a lot of BS and some more money most likely. I never had the main leaf out. Them bolts were never taken out lol.
Both springs on the passenger side have 1" more arch as it sits. And I seen this before... Thought a little more about it lately.
