You sell stickers ?

actually it was a trade..my wife sewed some Halloween costumes for a friend of ours and i got her to cut me out some vinyl ferns.

speaking of your stickers...I had the Eagle / don't tread on me sticker on the back window of my dodge and it lasted 3 plus years in the weather. It just started peeling today and I had to take it off. looked the same as the day it went on
 
I was teasing anyway. I don't mind losing out on jobs to local businesses.
 
Today was kinda busy...did a oil change / fuel filter and general check up on my dodge. Trying out some new additives from Hotshot's Secret. Threw in thier stiction eliminater and thier friction reducer. Truck seems to like it.

After that I cooked a tri tip on the green mountain grill while I worked on the crawler.

Got the drivers side seat belt in. The cutting brake re mounted. Built a rod to connect the brake pedal to the master cylinder. Re ran the propane line and reconnected the battery ground switch. Ended up being able to keep it in the original spot near the seat.

And my orange valve stem caps came in the mail.

Spent yesterday morning at the dentist..didn't really feel like being in the shop afterwards. Hard to work when you cant feel your face. did do some little things on the truck but nothing spectacular. Today I got everything all ready to run the brake lines. just need to finish running the lines and bleed them. Nylon lines install pretty fast. Driveshafts will be done on monday.
 
Ive been trying to figure out how to cover up the hole in my floor between the seats. Got to thinking about it and decided to use leather...so here we go
 
Took a trip to Tandy Leather and got what I needed. A side shoulder of 1/4 inch thick leather. Some dye and grommets and some tools to do the job.

Transfer the pattern to the leather and cut it out with a sharp razor blade.

Once the shape was cut out, then I marked spots for all the grommets. The plan is to zip tie the finished cover to the roll cage tubing.

Once all the grommet holes are done then it's time for some color. I choose British tan and I put it on purposely uneven and splashy to make it look old and worn.
