Its a 383, It has roller tip rockers, not full rollers. I adjusted the valves with the motor running, 1/4turn, after the tick stopped.
At the start of the video, from the front of the motor you can hear it faintly, almost sounds like a diesel to me. Then from the sides you can hear it a little louder, minus the wind from the fan messing up the sound.
The motor has had this sound since day one, Ive had the motor for about 5 years, with a grand total of about 15 hours of run time, and only two wheeling trips. One to sandlake, where the motor ran great, and one trail ride, where i wasnt very rough on the motor at all.
Im just curious if it is something i need to worry about, or just run the motor and see what happens?
