Stock type steering correction. You probably should not use what you think.

hay @Stephen what do you think . ?

i think its way to steep .

80's k30 454/4l80-e/203-205 ord kit / 3" hd tuff country front / will have plow on it time to time 825-900lb range / sway bar disc kit for the correction only .

stock gm pitman arm at box / stock gm dana 60 arm on axle / 6 3/4" height difference mounting face to mounting face were the tapper goes in the hole NOT the nut side. slop shows 16* down to the back . checked with digital angle finder zero set on shop floor and then set on drag link .

i have a drop pitman arm i can use off my old soon to be retired plow truck just not ready yet since this one still not built.
or
i have the dodge dana 60 arm i can use .

from your many years of wisdom what would be the good choice ?

well @Stephen i got around to swapping the drop pitman arm off the old plow truck to replace the stock gm arm .

now my measurements are 4" diffrence of 24.5" pitman arm / 20.5"axle arm . both measured from were the tapper goes in NOT the nut side . my slop rear angle is 8* down to the rear/axle now.

this looks a lot better than before .

let me know what you think . and happy holiday weekend flagwaver
