stupid oil leak

and thats what my buddy Darren said in vegas looks like very large gap

If material has been removed from the heads(milled) the angle between the heads and the new intake will be off. A good machine shop will be able to correct the angle on the manifold. This will also reduce the gap at front and back.
Sometime if you use a thick gasket on the manifold/head seal you can compensate a little for the angle difference, by squeezing the top of gasket more than the bottom. This method runs the risk of internal vacuum leaks. So use Gasgacinch, copper coat or similar on the whole manifold/head gasket both sides.

Replaced my transmission pan and gasket month, month and a half ago. Haven’t filled it with fluid yet. Look at it today and there’s two drips on the corner of transmission fluid. Hope that makes you feel better. I’ve got things that leak with no fluid in them!

Your lines good? Dip stick tube grommet, tv cable grommet. Shift shaft seal.
Sounds like leak is above trans pan, since not filled

Who ****ing knows on this dang thing. Not one thing was done right by the PO. I should go ahead and bite the bullet on a rebuilt transmission given what I’ve seen in the pan but that’ll have to wait until next year.

When my trans blew up I pulled pan and drained the pan but took to rebuilder the pan was full again
