get a piece of Lexan lay it on the window and heat it up a bit it should bend to follow the window.
This. As been said, slow, steady heat and it will follow the contour perfect. See-through and shatterproof.

How hard do you want to hit stuff?
The cucv bumper is good for bumping, but it you want to hit rocks, I'd be cutting the flanges off the fenders and building something strong and high clearance.

I plan to de fang the front fenders and angle cut the bumper, right now I'm trying to decide if I like it, I think the skid will take most of the punishment.

Even my tna wings mounted to the cucv brush guard push in and allow body damage. I need to reinforce them with some triangulation back to the frame. The body on that burb is real clean. I'd want some more protection. These trucks also seem to like to clip trees just where the marker lights are.

Uhhh... That's a good question![]()

Uhhh yaaa, I need to steal or should I say see some new ideas, so post up.![]()
Just realized the pics ended before the bumper was finished....
I thought Deuling whored them all up. Where is he?

Time for some 63 inch springs get them farther out to protect the tank a bit.
Looks good though
