SUPER SEALER trailer build . . TANKER trailer's and now service bed ....

@mrk5 i found it on FB market place 1:15 min south of me . paid $2,500 cash and new there just under $7,000 on a dealer lot before tax and possible install .

and yes there is still SOLID sellers out there . he held it for me for 2 days till i could get there . had lots of others offer cash and care each message sent to him .
Oh then we have great deals here.
I just passed on a square with that bed for $1500.
I bought a crew cab with a 12' flat bed with a bad transmission for $900 cash.

little red 475 gal went for a test pull today ..... lights all good / tires good / and pulled real smooth . she is ready for work minus a thick black coat of paint .

got the green 525 gal in tonight to start wiring and finish work .

Bearing day today . Made rubbers pre-seals to go between the tank and bearing face to keep 99% of the sealer off the bearing . Who ever built the tank didnt do this . Then i made the handle bolt on as before it was welded on .

Next i fixed a crap weld by cutting out the pipe welded in the end of the tank . Then i welded in a new threaded bung . I also added a 3rd bung out back . The 3 ports are for if you need to spray sealer . We brush so i just capped them 2 extra off . But resale value later just went way up for a little time now .

new tires on the 525 tanker today . and sent the papers to the state dmv title office to get my vin # date .

then took 470gal old bri-mar dump trailer now tanker to the scale and found i lost 480 LBS in the conversion job from dump to tanker . 1,740 new tar weight empty . and on my truck i had just over 10% tongue weight on the scale as i was checking the weight .

Started to outfit the flatbed today to get ideas and game plan .

8ft toolbox left side and 6ft on right . Then the 270 gal tank in the center slid forward .

still got the bosses old d-350 2wd 360/4speed flatbed with a 500 gal on it and the original 60+ year old tank he started with he got used at 250 gal . but the old 250 is now off the road due to age and paper thin . will use as a dump / mix tank on the shop lot .

Fixed a problem on last years trailer build . Lights being led did not like the 45* mounting angle .

Chopped 1 box down to 2 half singles . Then cut and set in fender and now there in direct view .

01 f-350 2wd 5.4 auto 73k miles . New work truck . Old bed rotted out and getting ready for newer better one .

The center rust out is from all the rain water and snow and de-icer splash from the tires . . Do your self a favor and do the quarter fenders to keep splash spray way down .

Old bed ready to go to scrap yard . Plasma cutter did the job easy for cutting up .
