state DMV has me pissed off today . . . sent my trailer paper work back for vin # application cause i was missing 1 form . i tryed 7-8 times before hand to get them on the phone before i sent it all out and make sure i had it all first time but no answers or returns of calls . and the local DMV offices have zero clue on how to do custom vin# stuff like this as its all threw the main office in the capitol .
mother f*ckers had my phone # as they sad we need it to ask you questions or get in contact with you but they never called me 1 dam time the lazy bas*ards .
there is no cheat sheet form to show you exactly what you need to have . you have to basicly just wing it unless you have done it before or know someone who has .
Last couple of times I've had to deal w/ the 'dmv' I've had better luck dealing w/ the independent 3rd party companies. Not sure if you have those there or not but for me the couple of dollars extra I pay is more than worth it.
