Swettysblazer's 1991 K5 Trazer: ONE TONS!

Truck is running and on the road. Drives pretty good, no issues really. Just had to tighten my steering box bolts up (again ). Put in a new longer brake line today, did an oil change, and some other little stuff.

OH, and I'm doing my sliders tomorrow :woot:

just fyi brian take a closer look at the steering box bolts. i kept having to tighten mine up periodically and what they where actually doing was slowly pulling through the frame. i found out the hard way when the box ripped off:dunno: may not be the same issue but you should check just in case. my rig isnt street driven but yours is and if it comes of going down the road that would not be good.

Ok Will do

Gonna test them out this weekend, going to Rausch with Richcz28, jt512, and a bunch of other guys :woot:

Overall, the truck worked great this weekend. The sliders came in handy a few times, and I was very surprised at what a basically stock Blazer could do with a little patience and some good spotters. On that note, however, I think it is axle time.

Just got back from Michigan and St. Louis..... put 2500 miles on the truck in just over a week. Ran flawless, minus blowing a t-case seal on the way out there and I think possibly another one at the dunes...

However, I beat the living snot out of it and she didn't break. At one point, I had the rear wheels about six feet in the air :doah:

holy dam**** Brian....hey man it was funnernhell wasn't it?
great meeting you and your brother!
On for Next Year?
