Now comes the new problem . . . I am an addict. . . Drug home #2 today . Same maker and build design as #1 . Has a tag still on it . Buffalo tank corp buffalo ny . Now i know who built my 6,000 gallon tank.
found this little brother tank today 2hr north of me and grabbed it. This one is 1,700 gallon 12ft x 5ft . . . Cant wait to build this one out this off season .

Us this one going on the road?
No tank and full load be around 18,000 - 20,000 lbs . I would need a big truck and cdl and hazmat .
I forgot about the hazmat, the rest wouldn't be to much to make work.
I never bothered with hazmat.
Cdl license now is full on school and $$$ . Also i dont have a need for a tank to be mobile daily this big . I can do my 500 on truck and 550 on trailer and that would be HUGE for a days work on a lot . Most i have done is 700 - 750 in a day .
Well I did it for the cost of the license here which was $36 but I had access to a truck and trailer to practice and take the test.
I have sent a bunch of people to trucking school for free through the EDD, as long as there's a shortage of drivers they will pay for training you.
Used to not be that hard. They changed stuff a few years back. Not sure how many.
Now there's more too it.
My cousin spent some time in prison.
When he got out he had federal people helping him through all of it, so he could get started and working.
Still cost him the 5k.
He already knew how to drive as his dad, his brother, my grandpa, and our other uncle all own trucking companies. Lol.
I should have went through the process of getting the CDL years ago. Just to have it. But at that time I wanted to stay as far away from a semi as I could.
Never thought about the future dream I had of operating heavy equipment and dump trucks. Then hauling same.
I wanted to start a side gig delivering trailers, equipment, and campers to people from a few local dealerships. But I don't know if I want to go through the hoops now lol.

why i do 15k gvw truck and max 10k gvw trailer combo .
depends on if brushing down or spraying 2 coats down . also how thirsty the surface is . but a decent reseal and brush down i did a 77k sqft lot with around 750 gallons a few years ago .

It still costs $5000, but EDD pays it to retrain you for a different job, as long as the job is in high demand and yes truck drivers are still in high demand.
well the guy did his math wrong . he said 1.700 gallon tank . but today i checked ands its about 1,850 gallon
