This came up awhile back, and I agree with what Scott had to say.

We like people to volunteer to have their vehicles looked at, and want to fix things that need. We don't want someone to come half way across the country and feel unwelcome or singled out by being told something needs work

I agree. Had to wait on the trail for people to fix stupid little things that got overlooked or were just flat out poorly built. Also been the guy that had to get pulled back to my trailer because of something that could have been fixed in a few minutes. Lol and on another note... Had a guy nearly slam into me on hells revenge one year because his rig would t idle and he lost his brakes when it died.

Yeah they made me take my toolbox out to run my 97 dodge! Like it was gona go real fast or something... 17 seconds baby! Haha so slow...

Nice!

I love the shop I have for working on my truck but I envy you being able to do it at home. I have to drive 30 minutes to get to the shop. I wish I was able to pop out to the garage and work on the truck when I had a hour of free time.

Good and bad, lots of distractions here

Looks good with that 2x4 painted black. They'll never notice that when you have it inspected. The lag bolts holding it on are a GREAT touch also. Looks just like its bolted to a steel plate.

Actually I think that's just plywood painted black.

Are you concerned about being able to see if the cable is spooling on correctly?
