Late to the party here. I've got a pair of 15 yr old Straightline Performance mufflers I had for a 400 project that I would donate to Scott's son. They were loud as f*ck and sounded great. Just enough to get past the rulebook. I think they'd be good on his truck. 3"ers

The '73 he's going to drive has a super quiet exhaust. It leaks and needs redone so I asked him about making is sound a little meaner. He said he wants it quiet so it doesn't interfere with the stereo.

Still pulling 17” at idle so that’s good. Still seems to be retuning with all the other malfunctioning that it started with, but runs clean

Have a weird squeely noise, probably the PS pump going out

Drove it to the Golden Super Cruise and met up with @Capt Ron his grandson and his friend. Hung out and looked at some nice cars.
Put about 100 miles round trip on it today
