Did you order funny fittings for the ARB twin for the tank or hose?

I liked how your set up worked, probably just copy it

I did buy the tire inflation kit, but that was before I decided to get a tank so I don't think it's needed unless you want a nice air hose and the fittings it comes with - they are nice. The additional things I got were a solenoid manifold kit ARB 171503, -4AN to NPT adapter for the tank, and a really long -4AN braided hose for the tank to the manifold. Since I had the front ARB first, I mounted the solenoid manifold in the engine bay. The compressor and tank are in the bed which is why I need a really long -4AN line. Nitrous hose is relatively cheap in long lengths of -4 braided.

The melty line @ktmoutfront refers to was the line from the solenoid manifold in the engine bay that runs all the way back to the rear ARB. I was avoiding purchasing another long run of -4AN braided so I used the blue plastic line that comes with the locker. In Moab last year it melted twice, both times near the exhaust. The first time I repaired it and Wade gave me a piece of heater hose to heat shield it. 3 days/trails later it happened again on Moab Rim and it blew out just past where it was covered by the hose Wade gave me.

Most big truck type shops can build braided stainless Teflon lined hoses. They are typically used for the "bugle" line that comes off the air compressor down to the air drier. Not sure how much they run. You need to go scrounge in a big truck salvage yard for air tanks and manifolds and such.

Yeah no. Just need to make sure the fittings aren’t British

The only goofy thing is the plastic lines and push-to-connect fittings for them. They are 5mm. Nothing was oddball with the compressor and solenoid manifold.

I may opt with a Vaiar pump. They have a kit with tank and everything. I just try to buy stuff from ORD first.
