Nice move on the bumper. Takes real skill and talent to taco the bumper and not touch the bedside.

Truck looks and sounds good on the trail though.

So body work gurus. What’s the best fix? I’m tempted to cut the corner out, pound it out, and weld it back in

Well the front is still pretty bad. It’s up above the tail light and gate pivot, might not fit.

Guess I should look for the ball...

The sell mini basketballs too. Or use a size 3 soccer ball. Both are much smaller than a regulation basketball.
 
I'd wait until you get the new bumper :)
Then you can see what looks good and give you more clearance.

Might fix it just for the challenge. My welder is lonely this week.

Then I’ll have 2 bumpers!
