I didn’t mess with the pulley or anything last go around. But I’m thinking .100” runout on the snout of the PS pulley might be a clue

Pump is on, with the -6AN and hydraulic line to the box. Pretty close there at the block. Had to hit it with a flap wheel to win

Fock Dean, steering boxes have been my Achilles heal on these trucks. 10 different boxes since 2002

Had a dodge that way. Went through 4 PSC boxes in a year before going with an O’reilly’s box and not having another issue for a full year. They ended up being yearly maintenance. Now I’ve got an issue with the PSC box on my blazer. Already replaced the pump with a reman. Going to suck it up and get a PSC pump and see what happens.

Groaning to the left. Same thing before I replaced the pump. They say it’s the pump and I need their hydraulic assist system. Find that hard to believe when the factory box never had an issue.
