If 3 doesn't pop it, wait a few minutes before you use 4.

You can do eet!

The other thing I've had work is pull the valve out of the stem and turn up the regulator on the air compressor. Sometimes it get enough volume to get it

This will mark 4 of 5 BB that I had to replace the steering box. Had it back on, thought everything was ok, but the lower portion of the shaft is walking back and forth

Annual maintenance :dunno:

Or you treat your boxes like crap.
Ill buy abuse on the ones on the K5. This one just wore out at 150k?

Not sure what I could've done differently in terms of maintaining it. When you turn the wheel, it moves the sector shaft side to side enough that it visibly shifts. I was under the impression that bearing provided more support than that. :dunno:

I have a fresh 2wd box if you want it. Used it for the last couple hundred miles but I bought a west Texas box for the new build.

So you're not going to use raven?
Not that I have anything against ORD. But they sell PSC, correct?
Just wondering if Raven would be faster, or cheaper...

Happy page 77

Gave all this some thought last night

@skunked thanks for the offer

I'm going to have the wifey take the 2wd box I have to Raven and let them do their thing. Then I know I will have a fresh working box by Friday, and all the hoses and fittings I have will be correct
