did you figure out that craw # with this one ? http://www.grimmjeeper.com/gears.html

and do the shift rail mod now . . . otherwise kind of a pita later with all bolted up together .
I did it old school. Kinda neat tool though, with the gear splits already populated.

I might grind the rails. Going to go through each section, reseal, bearing, and paint each before assembly. Likely install in the spring.

Picking up the 203 Friday

Boring the front input on the 205 Saturday

Then I can rebuild all 3 sections in the garage and build the Tcase shift linkage

get your self a tube of trans goo like I posted pic of in doubler build thread .

makes the job so much faster.

and redrill of the 203 is easy to do . I prefer empty case so no junk in bearings . but lots do it with out . and I did the drill/tap drain plug on my second build for the 203 range box.

Cool, I was going to peruse your thread again anyway, so I'll pay attention.

Definitely doing the 203 work empty case. Since it's getting new stuff in it anyway.

Excited to have all the new parts, but in no hurry to get it together. I have time.
Even going to paint it... @6872xtc
