I've had two EP381s fail one me. One lasted a year, the other lasted a week. I'm running an Aeromotive 11141 pump now. No issues in two years now.
Depends quite a bit on where you got it. There are a lot of Chinese counterfeits floating around on eBay and amazon.

I knew that about the knock off unit problems.
I just didn't really know they were having some internal qc problems.
(Unless they weren't and it was just stupid people)
I think I'm going to carry a spare.
I'll have a walbro 255lph with me if either one of you need it but it's probably out of your psi if you don't have a regulator which I'm sure you do.
FiTech is internally regulated at 55psi.

I have the same pump. I think I've had it a little over a year with no issues. I briefly ran the Walbro, but it was too high of psi and gph so I had to switch pumps. My dad is using the Walbro now.
