Swapped the 90w out for ATF, shifts better. Been real persnickety since it got cold

Been playing with the press. Working on reassembling a 465, not that I cleaned the garage

It’s great 3-4. Doesn’t pull into second easy, like the synchro isn’t rolling enough to line the gear up. Sometimes works real good, especially when warm.
Figured the lighter oil was less sticky.

The 90w was clean though, was murky because it was some damn cold. Used Dex 6 this time

I’ll drive it more this week and update ya!

Maybe you can do a trail run in April? That's my birthday and thinking it would be a nice goal to have a Magnum shakedown run planned. Chinaman is usually a good April trail.

The engine has 150k on the clock. It will need replaced at some point. Not sure I’m completely sold on LS

But I certainly don’t want to spend $4-5k for and engine swap and still have 100k+ miles on the engine
At that point I’d build an engine
