I like where you are going with this.
I have a sniper but it is usually in the cab of the truck and has nothing to do with how the truck runs.@70jimmy just got a sniper too. He'll be a bit til he installs it though.
Whoa whoa whoa.... how did I miss the new paint job on this????Need to make up a little on the rear x member, finish some welds, clean up and paint. But that will have to wait

Painted it before Moab...Whoa whoa whoa.... how did I miss the new paint job on this????

Ive tried the switch and it failed. Two actually. I’m debating on keeping one saddle, but I’m leaning towards just the 31 out backYou are keeping your saddle tanks then? Are you going to just transfer fuel from them to the new rear tank, or have all three set up to feed your injection?
I love what you are doing with your truck. Multiple tanks would be nice for the extra range, but the simplicity of a single tank/pump sounds like a win to me.
Plenty of room to mount spare gas cans to extend your range in that long bed.
Both of my saddle tanks work (I'm still running a carb and an old school diaphragm fuel pump) but i almost never fill them both up at once, a single tank would probably be a very nice upgrade for me.
I might drop the tank out for now. I can add it back later for s mice safe way to carry fuel. The driver is set up as a transfer only right now
Yeah I’m really debating at this point to weld a bing on the new tank with a NPT. Then I can take a plug, or swap in an AN fitting later. Think I should pull the driver tank out and fill both on the passenger side. Always seems easier to get to the pump on the passenger side. Then I could still use the saddle tank on that side if needed, filling both fromone string at the pump. Like it should beThat's a good idea, especially if you had a clean way built in to hook/unhook your fuel lines and wiring harness easily. Filling two tanks from the same side of the truck would be a handy feature too.
I’d only need it for long back country runs. 31 gallons is a very useful size
Yeah probably have stuff in it I don’t want to smell like gas
