Yeah, it wasn't designed to be good looking. It is just supposed to have better belt tracking and traction.
The belt swaps are a breeze though!
But cosmetically , it matches the truck's owner!

I grabbed my serp setup off a ‘92 caprice at the pic-a-part
I have a set from a car here. It puts things lower for hood clearance, and I believe that the pullies are slightly different back spacing.
