I don't see an issue running the lines on the outside of the frame, I would just keep them toward the top of the frame obviously. You could build some protection later if you felt it's necessary.

Just not below the body mounts like was suggested earlier.

Ran a new line on the bottom of my frame rail on dumpy. Works fine.

I have some room along the bottom of the floor against the frame. Also have an 8' chunk of -6 I can use to see how it lays out before I strip the existing line. Looks like Saturday

Got lots of wiring still to do, but want the lines landed before that so I don't have to work around them

Be sure to leave space so as the frame/body tweak that it's not gonna pinch. These frames are floppier than a wet noodle.
