The worst section was actually where the bedsides meet the wheel well. Rebuilt all of the passenger side and half of the drivers

6x cut off wheels
4x flappers
5 ft/sq of flat steel
15 lf of 1.25x.125”
5 pounds of fux core wire (see why below)
Since I dropped the bottle at the start, I need a regulator and gages (it was wonky anyways)

8 cans of paint so far, 3 of which I bought (rust converter)
3x 16oz jars of rust converter
 
Well at least the back half. It will significantly help since I can never find a light when I’m working underneath
 
Glad you stopped by this morning. Good to see you. Had we finished sooner I would have swung by. But installing the steering box a dozen times because of an unforeseen clearance issue ate up lots of time.

It made it back to Denver in one piece so it’s all good.
