I mounted my 4” tailights in 3/16 with a hole saw…..although it wasn’t an enjoyable experience

finally caught up. I think my brain hurts. Just give up and snip the wire harness and need a 3/8" hole instead of a 2". Crimp butts and the good heat shrink with the glue in it and you're golden.

I think this may be why you're my favorite curmudgeon. some folks don't understand that when I say it's gonna be a way, it's gonna be that way.

I feel like that is an award and acceptable as compliment

:haha:

Torch it and run it right. Plus I wanna look at the Jericho and another Muncie my friend has. Might be able to use top loader parts

Yep, used to use a hole saw to cut fuel inlets into truck flat beds in 3/16. Just let the hole saw do the work and douse it with DW-40 while it’s cutting. Takes forever but it does work and kept me from having to re-powder coat entire bed sides so it was worth it. Just drill the pilot hole first.
