That cardboard tray thing was probably the first thing I threw away when I got my truck. Mine was in like 4 pieces though.

Seat cover is night and day better than the vato zone special. Took me awhile to get all those little tie ropes done

Adjusted alignment
Relocated front driver shock bracket (more shock travel)
Power to the cigar lighter
Adjusted hand throttle
Beefed up the steering brace and tightened box bolts
Added heater hose on PS fill tube
Cleaned hooker eye drivers side light trim
Mounted driver side belts
Started loading spare parts and special tools
Respooled winch cable
Topped off rear diff
Abandoned idea of messing with rear shocks (need shock/hoop bitchin set up, this winter)

Yep. There's kind of a pocket there, guess I wasn't very diligent about keeping it clean
I didn't have the sheet metal piece like the passenger side, so 1/4" & 1/8" plate will have to suffice
Mine rusted out too. It's a trap for moisture and dirt.

You might be okay. They spray shit zamboni juice on the roads here (& Wyo) plus the rest of the winter sludge rot snot. Yay team
