Naww, that would mean I'd hafta redo the gas tank to get to the brackets. I'll just throw in some 12" blocks.

I was referring to the last picture. Your drivers side rear is a totally different rim.

I usually have a matching spare. If I don't, I don't rotate it in.

But not saying what you do is wrong, I just care too much what people think.




Really... does a gov lock from a rear 10b just fit into a front 10 bolt diff? I never use my 4wd unless it's slow going..A gov bomb (gasp) actually does quite well in the front. It's easy on the steering and it's cheaper than many alternatives. Plus people give them away because on the rear 10b it sucks. Front though not so bad.

That's my understanding as well. In fact, I transplanted a 28 spline Auburn LSD from a rear 10B to a front. Everything worked, but it's no Detroit.I thought the contents of the pumpkin were the same as long as you had the correct spline count.
