There is so many small things I should be concentrating on, getting the ram mounted would be luxury. Hell, I thought I would be getting this thing going last Friday.hmm...seems like the hard part is already done (tapping the box and reinstalling it)...couldnt take an hour or so to weld up some tabs and hook up some hoses, im sure you can pull it off.....at any rate, good luck gettin your rig finished for memorial day...take some good pictures!!![]()
Anyway, I got my gages wired and mounted(mostly, I'm waiting for some wire for the transmission temperature gage.). Bend one of my transfer case shifters because it was hitting my Art Carr shifter. Put in a battery and gasoline. I adjusted the toe-in, still need to adjust the drag link. Then I fired this beast up and proceed to fix leaks. I think I got all the transmission cooler leaks fixed, but the fuel leak on back of the carburetor is still there. I think after sitting for a year, the carburetor gaskets had dried up. I'm trying to get a friend to look at it sometime this week. That fuel leak prevented me from taking the Blazer to the dunes.
However, I got it out of the hole on the side of the house and on to the street.
Hmm, It does not look like I didn't lift the blazer that much. I don't mind; I rather have it a little low than too high.
