The headache build..

1376.jpeg This was the original GMC grill from my 73 I owned during the early nineties. We have used this grill on the red blazer and the blue one because we liked the look of it. We just had it repainted. 20190926_212451.jpg 20191002_185644.jpg

The fenders ? There is a somewhat factory mounting on the two upper rear mounting tabs.
We built tabs on the lower rear and upper front. The lower front is held on the headlight bezel.:eek1:
There is really not much holding those fenders on.

Same wheels I have been running for a year.
I bought the fronts at swap meet 10 years ago.

Something is wrong with your post.... There's no new video. :D

WHAT!?

Echoing the concern and hope that you are OK...

Oh crap. That's terrible, but kind of spectacular looking at the same time. But mostly terrible.

I'm fine. The fireball was for a split second. I stopped the blazer, calmly got out, grab the fire extinguisher, and put out air cleaner fire.
A friend came running up and asked if I'm Okay. I said I'm was, then he said what about your arm? I looked down at my arm and saw singed arm hairs. Damn should have been wearing my fire suit along with my helmet.

We were back up after an hour, after pulling the carburetor and cleaning it. My friend and I were switching air cleaners. I make run, then give him back his air cleaner and make his run.
