The new shop. Progress.

I have friend in Colorado who does that. I would have to figure out how to make the drains work and drop down ramps into the paint booth and storage areas. Just as costly.

Racedeck came in at $4900. I can do that later as I get the funds rolling in. Because there isn't any floor prep needed and everything I own is on wheels.

You could always do some piers for the lift, right? As in remove existing concrete and pour some deeper footers for where the lift sits.

This is what I did in the first shop in Colorado. I cut a small section out and it was only 2.5" thick. Did two 3'x4'x 4' deep footings with rebar and J bolts hooked into the bar.

This property is on a massive rock. Not sure how deep I could go before I hit sold granite. I guess I could drill into the rock.

Why do I keep setting up nice shops and then moving?

rent the machine and grind your self .

then floor coating your self .

lots and lots of threads on garage journal forum on this stuff .

I am going to spend some time every morning cleaning out the attic. This was 10 tripps up the stairs and back. That is my limit each day. Knees are already barking at me.

I hear it all the time from people. "I used to be able to pay the neighbor kids to XXXX, but now a days they're not interested even if I pay them $50"

Chain saws are faster !...:chainsaw:

That escalated quickly. :doah:
