Rc crawlers seem to be the most popular here, but does anyone build/fly rc planes?

Also put a 27t motor back in with the 12 tooth pinion.
It had a 20t motor before, I quite like it more now![]()
Nice....
Pot a 35t hand wound in and you will be amazed.....
On my phone right now... google why is hand wound rc motors better...
I havent bought one yet cuz i stopped playing with 1/10 rc... stuck on 1/24 micros..... but no time to work on either...

Hmmm tell me more?
35T will slow it down. Higher the turns, slower the truck- more torque, and way more run time. Great for low speed technical stuff, and a 35T on 3S Lipo wakes up pretty good too when you need wheel speed.
We were running 85T motors geared 12/87 on a 2S 3300mah lipo in SCX10's and getting 4-5 HOURS of run time per battery. They only went like 1mph, but that's crazy!

Nice. That's my biggest complaint with mine, is the damn ten foot turn radius. Even stock with 1.9"s.
