The restoration/modification of Daisy... [5/25, test fire, She's ALIVE!]

Congrats dude!

Sounds great! Glad to hear it run finally :waytogo:

Congrats dude! Its been a long time coming!

Thanks guys! This week I'll button up the last of the wiring, hvac, dome lights, etc. Over the weekend I'll hopefully install the dash and reassemble the interior. I've got exhaust parts, a new fuel sending unit and a Lokar reverse light switch kit on the way. Hopefully I'll get a lot done in the next 5-7 days so I can tow it to a driveline shop next week.

exhaust parts, reverse light switch kit and new fuel sending unit are here. reverse light kit is already installed, reverse lights are functional!

I still have the ones from the vortec 350 I pulled from the C2500. The TBI 350 ones are long gone.

Those wont work for me. Im looking for a set of 89-91 TBI suburban/blazer manifolds. For less than $80 a set...

I need a throttle position signal for my TCU. Does anybody know which wire I need to tap into on my engine harness to get that throttle signal?

wow sounds really good... if i cant get anywhere with the carb problems I have been having.. ill be going the 6.0 route...

Thanks! This weekend I want to get the exhaust done and start assembling the interior again.

If you're keeping the factory gauges and harness, an LS swap isn't much work at all. Everything has been fairly easy on my build, I just have a way of complicating things and dragging them out, haha!

Just from some quick fast research, it looks like it should be the tan wire. Pin 24 on the green ecm connector.
