The restoration/modification of Daisy.

Glad you made it without issue.

I can't even describe how jealous I am! Enjoy every minute!

Ditto on that. Way cool.

Scott I was talking about sandwiching the tube right behind the tire. The horizontal, vertical and 45* triangular hole you have right there.

I can't think of who it was that made one almost identical to your design but just from driving it was enough to bounce it repeatedly and eventually started cracking those welds and then finally busted off.

I kinda thought Muddy would have been LIVE streaming this trek, if I go next year I will do something like that.

I'll add some to it when I get home. I plan on angling the tire in at the top anyway.

Not live streaming but I'm taking tons of photos. Lol

The suburban is great, I loved wheeling with you Scott, so glad we got to meet up and enjoy the trails.

Fumes! Time for decaf bud lol.

:haha: as soon as I hit reply I thought, "those guys are gonna think I'm on dope":haha: Scott's just not producing awesome pics yet. Really want to see Daisy wheeling Moab.
It can be brutal for burbs but I think he's being smart about it and he's done a hell of a job getting it to that point.:D

Check the Moab picture thread. He's already posted a few. And yes. The suburban is a big sexy well thought out bitch. Can't wait for the trip report.

Ben has pics of Daisy with his truck on his thread

Burb looks great out on the trails and remember seeing the pics when you had it parked away for a long time. I'd be too chicken to take my suburban out there. My clean sheet metal got bent up just driving around town

Moab isn't kind to burbs. I layed under a first gen blazer for about three hours drinking beer watching one get dragged up some slick rock.

Maybe wasn't three hours but in that heat the underside of a hot engine was cooling me in what might as well have been eternity.:haha:

Update bitch! We need pics of Daisy stat.... j/K mang

Have your wife get a tat in Moab!

Now post pics!!!

Ok that may take a day. Go now dammit!

just got home a couple hours ago, photos and videos are uploading. we thought about a tattoo, maybe next year.
