The Shop Truck

1971 Chevy C20 with a custom flat bed.
My buddy got his 2J MK3 Supra tuned there, it's also the shop SDHQ recommended because they're backlogged. They're one of the higher rated shops here in Phoenix.

Sounds like the right place to go, scared to ask what they are charging.

Like to hear your experience. At some point I need to get some done. Was looking at Cordes but looks like your's has really good reviews.

Not really a fan of them, I had a weird tune from them and others got similar work from their tuner. If you want to hear more shoot me a PM

I dropped the truck off this morning, it's the first time I've had anyone else work on it for me so this is weird...

Finger's crossed that there are no issues (especially with the driveshaft).

I feel for you, the last time I had someone work on my vehicle was 45 years ago

How many bottles of nitrous did you leave for them?
None, I'll do that at the track this Saturday.
AutoZone alt may last a pull or 2. Lol
Hopefully it will last for today, they're going to stop at 7k now anyways since it's not making power up there with this cam.

Yep. I killed one with a couple of 6400 rpm shifts..
Had my son knock the shift points down, I didn't need them that high anyway.
I bought the pulley, but haven't installed it yet to test charging at idle. Someday, maybe.

I have one 140 or 160 amp power master, can't remember which.
And one mechman 250. Both seem to be doing ok on high RPM.
I've hit 6800-6900 with them. No issues yet
