Nathan P3 - installed in my 02 GMC Crew.

I mounted a 5 gallon sausage air tank over the wheel well in the bed of the truck. Hopefully going to get a Viair compressor in the next few weeks. - but for now just filling it with my home air.

The pics show 3/8 air line - I have since switched to 1/2" - and I need a different valve - that valve is for the 4th axle on a dump truck - to drop the axle when the truck is loaded - either I just have a bad valve or it's not designed to run over 150 psi - cause it starts leaking out the exhaust at higher PSIs - so that will be replaced soon too!

This thing rocks - I hooked it to my stock horn and have it on a switch - so I can hit the panic button on my keys from across the parking lot and get a short LOUD toot! :D :D

sweet. Is this an on road only truck? Are you worried about crap getting inside it?

Yes & yes

This is my daily driver - I faced it towards the back for that reason - but I'd like to get some bonnets for the chimes - I've seen them on Ebay

Hmmmm. I see the horns can't be separated without some fabbing. I was looking at the space in the fender. Two on one side and the third in the other fender:D

I don't think you really have to worry about crap getting inside. They should blow out anything short of packed & dried mud:haha:

No air system components are designed to operate above 150psi that I've ever seen. And even 150 psi is high for air.

go out and honk your horn, let me see if i can hear it from my house. :D

i'll be in west linn at about 2 today - honk your horn then, i bet i will be able to hear it. :D

i think its a really badass idea, fun for sure. i dont agree with what those retards are doin at hornblasters.com though. just check out the videos and youll see what i mean

that cat was funny!!! but no im not a fan of scaring the **** out of random people... just to easy to make people really pissed off. i would do it to my friends....

LOL - my wife took my truck out today with her sister - and they were driving around scaring people - just like Hornblasters - I just shook my head

Told her she's going to get arrested.

My coworkers are starting a pool to see how long before I get:

A) arrested
B) a huge ticket
C) all of the above

Yeah - I don't know that they would work if they were all seperated - I'm sure they would blow - but you might lose some of that nice train "tone."

I googled train horn stuff last night - and found all kinds of weird websites. There was one where there was a guy analyzing the notes in the chords by changing the chime placement within the horn. - I would like to get a K5LA next though - those things are bada$$
