Turbo 400 disassembly

this morning was wet so i did not install it heavy clouds now
if clear in the morning I will install it

and cant go dunes yet have to get front shaft extended to fit, already shortened the rear shaft

You mean you aren't just going to drive ~4 hours away to romp it on the dunes the same day you get it back together? That's what I did after I rebuilt my first TH400. I was a little nervous but it was fine.

I've done a rush th400 install in the rain before. Got it all done and then the truck wouldn't start lol

oh no i am not working on em in the rain it will stop eventually, it cant rain all the time...........

One time I was working under my truck in the rain, I was under it so I just kept working.

This was back in 2003 and I was using a corded work light to finish a trans/tcase swap. When I saw the water running over the extension cord that was also where I had my feet hanging in, I decided I better take a break.

let me see if i still have the video of what it looks like when it really starts raining here

Man I'm jealous of that rain. They've been dropping us down from 90% to 50% in the last few hours.
